ABOUT THE PROJECT
I created the brand identity for
Harley Sears Artist Management. The symbol is comprised of an 'H' paired with a pyramid that points to the zenith; illustrating a manager's purpose: to push artists to their full potential. I also created a pattern from the 'H' that functions as a second decorative element in the identity system. In creating this system, I was inspired by Greek keys,
Gary Numan's album cover for 1979's 'The Pleasure Principle,' and
Aleister Crowley, an English occultist, astrologer, mystic and ceremonial magician. Hidden in the pyramid is a quote from Crowley that reads:
'EVERY MAN AND EVERY WOMAN IS A STAR.'
